Work
Build it.
I’m a founder, operator and product leader. Over a decade in hospitality, then three companies built from the first version. Now I build with AI from what I already know, and show what it took.

Case studies.
How the systems make decisions, what the evidence supports, and where they stop.
- Prep for career coaches, so each coach can work with more people.Grapevines does the preparation before coaching sessions, so a coach can work with more people. Coaches run every session. I built it solo, end to end.
- An approved story becomes an illustrated, narrated reader for day and bedtime.Little Fables turns an approved custom story into an illustrated, narrated private reader with day and bedtime modes. There are no runtime model calls or child-facing accounts.
- AI implementation inside a marketplace re-platforming with live revenue at risk.As AI Product Manager at Lovingly, I worked on the SHOP and CHECKOUT re-platforming while applying AI to ticket triage, product requirements, test documentation, and workflow analysis.
The operating record.
- Coqui CoquiHospitality operations across the customer path, from brand and booking through arrival and service.
- SubziwallaBuilt and operated a grocery marketplace from its first version through the company’s exit.
- PansoLed product work for a customer-experience platform spanning transaction data, campaigns, and enterprise delivery.
- LovinglyWorked on marketplace re-platforming and applied AI workflows with explicit evaluation and human review.
I learned systems by owning the handoff.

My operating path runs through hospitality, a grocery marketplace, a customer-experience platform, marketplace re-platforming, and products built with AI. The industry changed. The responsibility did not: make sure the next person has the context to act.
I am most useful where a capable team has access to powerful tools but still needs someone to decide what should be built, what evidence counts, and who owns the result.
