The video series only you could make
If you've spent years doing a job, there's a video series only you could make. Until recently, making it took a team.
Take customer service. Somewhere today, someone is asking the internet how to get a refund out of a company that won't answer, and getting a pile of confident guesses. Anyone who's worked that desk knows the real answer: which words get a case escalated, and when asking for a manager helps or backfires. Short episodes, one problem each, from someone who's sat on the other side of the desk.
I make my show without a team, and a series like this needs less than my show does.
Finding what people are stuck on is the first job, and here that's the refund threads themselves. Then each episode needs a draft, built from those questions and what you know. After that, something has to argue with the draft, reading it as a customer who's been on hold for an hour and saying where it stops helping. Last, it has to look and sound finished, with a generated voice or presenter that you label as generated.
An ordinary chat assistant can take a first pass at the first three. The fourth takes a paid voice or video tool. None of them knows which refund answer actually works. That part is yours.
Pick the question your first episode would answer, and run the first prompt on it this week.
